Refund policy

Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 2 days of placement.

Return Period: Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Processing: A full refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7 to 14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the goods.

Eligibility Criteria: Items must be in their original packaging and purchased at regular price. Custom-made, hygiene-sensitive, and sale items are non-returnable.
